Conseil des érudits
The scholars of the world of the Hippocampus are the most notable practitioners of the magical and occult arts, the most devoted high priests of the faiths, and the illustrious noble lords of the lands and seas of the Duchy of Bicolline.
They gather, among other things, to discuss the ailments that afflict the peoples and to determine the major actions and directions of the Council of Scholars.
At the end of each season, the scholars are invited to participate in the Syta draw.
